anyone else get out today on the sea. I went from mullaloo and whilst a struggle to get out with the shore break, i was rewarded with jumping heaven on my tack for once on a 4.7m. ride back in was full on. Even had a seal to scare the life out of me. Anyone else enjoy it. Saw no one else out, only saw 1 kiter at pinaroo trying to get out.

Theres some pretty talanted windsurfers out there ... and there certainly not scared to go out the back of the islands...i dont have the exp and hours clocked up to go out that far saftley and confidentally yet unlike the others !!!!

I arrived at Pinnaroo last night at 5pm. I saw one kiter and 2 windsurfers in the water. A third was walking back with his sail and what looked like a broken mast. That plus the washing machine waves, strong wind and lack of experience made me turn back. Hopefully more luck soon.

Peguin--- I'm new to the area, where abouts at mullaloo do you sail, from the surf club or at the carpark further north.

Do you get any waves there or is it flat like pinnaroo?

i go to the next small carpark after the main mullaloo area. the area has nice waves, generally not to big but fun size. it not flat like pinaroo and the water has less chop, more rolling swell than pinaroo so nicer to sail. Also great for kids as it doesn't shelve like scar or trigg.
