pretty flat in a NE, unless there is a mega swell running (there wont be) which would give u some knee hi waves coming in

Think "river but a bit more consistent"

combined with "kitemare"

But easterlies can be flukey, if you are 1km out at woddies and it drops u r fkd
I'd go the river, Majestic Point or eastern carpark at Pt Walter would be just as good really

Thanks for the tip Mark. I had a good blast at Woodies this morning. Some small chop which made it an interesting change from the river - and no need to dodge the ferries. No-one else out - not even a tea-bag in sight.

There is forecast to be a little east in tomorrows northerly and thinking of heading down to Tims Thicket for something different. It will be my first time down there if anyone has any advice on likely conditions.

nne might be a bit gusty / protected.
if headed down, the sand is well packed on the tyre groove headed around the corner and even not too bad off it at the moment.
btw was diving there yesterday and theres thousands and i mean thousands of mullet in close. was waiting for something bigger to say hi but it never came.
