anyone else going to the Jack Johnson concert tomorrow nite in Perth?
should be good im not a huge fan but excited anyway.

Yeah Matt costa is OK but I think he is a little heavy for a Jack support. I have his music but wouldnt play it if I was in a Jack kinda mood.
I reckon seeing Jack with Ben Harper or Xavier Rudd is the ultimate show.
Will and Rasta are more like it too.
How was Rastas hamock playing? And he even played his cheeks

Greeny, we were near the front, in front of bass guitar, about 15 m from stage...

The set was really well put together... Lotsa tunes... Jack seems like a regular dood...

I'm sorry i missed it. Jack Johnson and Xavier Rudd together would be a great show. Donovan Frankenreiter would be another one. He and Jack Johnson are good mates and have recorded together but would be great to see live together. I went and saw Weddings Parties Anything instead which was also a great show.

Jack Johnson, Xavier Rudd and Donovan Frankenreiter have all played the West Coast Blues n Roots over the last few years... Some on the same year - I think... All have been good!!!

I was standing right up the front near the stage for a bit , ever now and then i could smell sum1 havin a choof ...

had to laugh at the song about his lime tree that died while he was on tour.
( i thought it was sleeping )

I saw Donavon support Jack about 4/5 years ago at Yals Caves Hotel.
Met Donny and got autographs. Had an in depth conversation about his high school band called Sun Child which he was super suprised I even asked him about it.
Jack and Harper played at Belvoir which was like whoa dude I can see my hands
I also saw Jack and sat on the couch backstage with him and the band at The Globe when he toured for Brushfire Fairytales. Got a poster framed in my dinning room which reads 'Greenroom Aloha, Jack Johnson'
Saw Jack and Xavier play together in Margaret River at the Leuwin Estate. Now that show was gold
I saw Donny again at Metros in Freo and he sucked big time! He was so stoned. Sung like sh1t and the audio was crap. The only good thing about that night was seeing him before the show at Gelare's and having an icecream 'cone' with him

A couple of other bands i wish i could have gone too are ,
A genuine Pink Floyd concert or a massive attack concert.

ive got a PinkFloyd DVD called PULSE man it looked like an absolute fkn awesome gig
huge big screen , lasers ,bulk lights and massive crowd - something like 1 million ppl were ther!

Anyways theyre finished now so i guess i never will

The missus did some wacky CSI stuff on the photo still cant see us.

Oh ok we were just to the left of the cable cover. We were next to the girls who were sitting on the rail.
