Trying to work out where FSC Fish rocks and East Freo stations are?

i.e. Melville water can be seen below:

Id hesitate to say that East Fremantle is around the Swan Yacht club area and the FSC Fish rocks is at the Fremantle Sailing Club

Yes, I believe fish rocks is offshore, not in the sailing club roof ha. But where exactly I dont know. was looking for a more accurate location of both?

Sorta related. The anemometer at the Melville Waters station is positioned on the North East side of the spit post it is located upon.
So when they say SW winds are 5-10 knots lighter on Melville Waters, kinda wonder how much of that is from the wind readings being taken from the lee side of the spit post.
