It was a very intresting night as Ben and Simon explained the rigging and workings of the Reflex 2 and the Overdrive.
I really could appreciate the design that has the high tension luff and a low tension leech. Good to see the sails and have the reasoning behind the design.

Thanks to everyone who attended the Severne 2011 Race Sails Launch at Windforce. We have recieved positive feedback that the evening provided useful insight into the development and ideaology behind the 2011 Severne race program. Also providing useful tuning tips for any modern race sails.
Thanks to Ben and Simon who shared their considerable knowledge and expertise and answered any questions thrown at them.

Sorry to all those who were dissapointed at missing our posts regarding this event. We will endevour to promote future events more widely.

There's no law that says "You must grow old with grace and dignity" .

I wonder how long it will take for other sail companies to jump onboard? The concept seems very sound and the few users I have spoken too love them.
I must admit I was a non believer last year but seem to have been proven wrong mistaken again.
