Hi boys and girls, I need to get a new layer of grip on my board plus replace the pads which are too thin. Who does that sort of work. Let me know if anybody knows of someone, thanks!

Agreed - easy, and $4

BUT if you later want to regrip it is a loonnng extra step to get every tiny bit of wax off (to make the resin stick)

Wax on, Wax off.

Not enough of it will be removed to get epoxy or 2K polyurethane to stick.
