The racing should be awesome this week - there are still plenty of internationals and Eastern-staters around so hopefully there will be a big fleet and some great racing.

The forecast looks pretty good too.

Series results can be found on the WWA website
windsurfingwa.org.au/public/pages/wa-slalom-series-201617

with over 50+ sailors over the 3 rounds it's difficult to get them all in one shot so i've split the table up.

Current top 5:
SUI-45 Thomas Frener
AUS-181 Claude Lecoq
AUS-440 Michael White
AUS-171 John Norton
AUS-110 Simon Regan

Just a reminder that this is the last day to get tickets for tomorrow's slalom racing.
Forecast is looking great.
Weed is quite heavy in places so make sure you pack your weed fins.

Well another great days racing at Safety Bay with 26 sailors in 14 -18 knots
This round had a particular European flavor to it with the top 3 positions going to overseas sailors.
Awesome to see that the SImmer Style WA slalom can attract these guys, and great to see the locals mixing it with them.
Huge thanks to SBYC crew and all volunteers on the beach.

Results as follows:
1st - F-126 - Bastien Escofet - KA Sails/RRD
2nd - SUI-33 - Kelvin Dauwalder - North/Fanatic
3rd - SUI-45 - Thomas Frener - Severne/Starboard
4th - AUS-1111 - Chris Adamson - North/Tabou
5th -AUS-10 - Jesper Orth - Simmer Style

great work on the long exposure photos with speed blur- theses are tricky because you have to accurately pan track the sailor for half a second to blur the background. its a low percentage shot but the result is awesome.

Hi all.
There were some discrepancies in the results that I've had to double and triple check.
The round and overall results have been updated accordingly.
