What the fnck was wrong with the wind at Scarbs today? HUH?

Ocean Reef and Rottnest honking and good direction(insert poppee eyed smiley here)
Scarbs onshorish and not much in the break.
Who enjoyed Scarbs today and who didn't?
At least my mast survived

Little bit more onshore, and southerly swell made it a bit weird

It seemed to have redeemed itself t'day but, that was fun!
How were the waterbombers coming in for the fill? ya don't see that everyday!

Yeah those choppers looked cool flying so close and low, they suck up a lot of water fast.

How windy was it in Perth yesterday? I was totally overpowered on my 4.1m up at Greenhead. I reckon it was pushing 38 knots. Definitely 3.7 weather.

I was so busy watching the helicopter I nearly sailed into the rocks. More people at Watermans than mettams at one point.
