Patrik turned a "Short Course Slalom" into a 20 kilometers marathon !!!
The buoys we set at 2 NM from the beach, and the group could only guess where they were. 8 legs of 2NM each.
There were 4 races in total. Each subsequent race 4 kms shorter as the wind picked up and people were exhausted.
Avan cleaned up every race ??
A huge fun for everyone.
Today will be a start practice, Patrik's clinic.

Thanks everyone I had a ball. Great to see racing back and the little old Victorian is allowed to cross the boarder. I'm rapped in the way Patrick ran the comp with a very flexible race schedule. Long at the start and as we got a bit stuffed and the wind increases the course was shortened. He did ask me if it was too long..oops my bad . He didn't know my background .
The long run gave me a chance to catch up after a crap jibe .
To all who aren't sure about racing, give it a go. It's so much fun and your skills will improve.
Sadly up north for the next one so Cervantes will be my next hit out. Very much looking forward to it.
