I'll be down in Rocky for the weekend, are there any wave sailing spots there? I seem to remember sailing behind Penguin Island years ago and there was a bit of a wave?

We occasionally get some small waves in winter frontal conditions but further south is your best option maybe Avalon

South side of point peron hit it later when the wind starts to swing to the ssw good spot for backies and. Cross on tail slides

Need a high tide otherwise might need to bring a few spare fins.
