The end of the season is fast approaching and we have one round left of the Patrik Slalom Series.
With the mid range forecast looking good and the series still up for grabs, it's all systems go for Saturday Racing.
The event will be going ahead rain, hail or shine so come on down and celebrate after the racing's finished with a BBq and cold drink.

Just a friendly reminder that Saturdays Racing is going ahead.
Registration is from 10.00am with racing starting at 13.00pm
With the forecast looking marginal (12-15knt) don't forget to bring the big boards
SBYC will be having a sausage sizzle and there will be a few drinks after the racing.

Thanks all who turned out today in really trying conditions
I don't think the breeze got above 10 knots all afternoon
Having said that we still managed 4 races and got a round result.
Well done to Shane O'Neil for taking out the day.

Well done to Blair Gavin for taking the Patrik Slalom Series title, Brendan and Roger for the Series minor placings. It shows consistency over all rounds really pays off.
Also a big thanks to Series Sponsor - Patrik Windsurf and Steve's Surf Shed and all SBYC and WWA volunteers throughout the season. Without you guys we'd have no racing at Safety Bay.

Thanks to WWA and Safety Bay yacht club for putting on the series. It was my first year of slalom racing and I really enjoyed it. Cheers.
