Welcome to Perth Phil, how long are you here?
This isn't the best time of the year, when Summer comes it should improve greatly.
Perth is a very spread out place, so unless we know where you are, nobody is going to volunteer.

I'd make buying a car a high priority, (you can get an old bomb for a few hundred dollars) public transport here is not what it is in Europe.
If you want to windsurf regularly you need to be independent.

Is Phil short for Phillip or Philimena?

I'm in the swan barraks at the moment so in the central...maybe not the best to go surfing...
I'll stay here for six month if i got a job here. Then I' defentitly buy a car, but first i wanne earn a bit of ozzi money.

First thing for you to learn, over here, "surfing" doesn't mean windsurfing.
You'll get people very confused if you keep using that term.

In Aus, surfing is riding waves on a surfboard.

Do you have your own windsurfing gear to transport, and how much?
(most of us don't have much room once our own gear is packed in the car)
