Interested in everyones thoughts on how good the JP FSW boards are for actual freestyle?

Might sound like a bit of a strange question but i am picking up a 2010 102l pro edition of this board this weekend coming and i love a bit of blasting and bump n jump but i really want to learn how to vulcan first and then hopefuly move onto the spock but will this board limit me in any way or will learning just be a bit harder than on a dedicated freestyle board?

Also the stock fin that comes with this board is 29cm which seems fairly big so would anyone have any suggestions on a smaller fin size that would make learning the vulcan a bit easier?
