Guys n girls, my ol desk top has turned its toes up
Anybody know of any special deals running at moment? Something that has 8gb or better.?
Lap top or desk top are fine.
But want reliability, not something that will drop dead or be a pain in the coit with issues

Thanks guys, I managed to grab a 12 month old HP laptop from Granddaughter, that I gave her last year for high school. They switched to Ipads
I now have to work out how to get data off old desk top that wont fire up the screen to the laptop

I can probably pull the hardrive out and fire it up in an old computer, then if you've got a big thumb drive, we can just copy it over.
But it will mean a trip to mandurah for you, when's the next wind?

Decrepit, it was the graphics board in the end. old desk top was well past its used by date anyway. Thanks for the kind offer to help. Am all transferred over and now running on my newish lap top
