Hi I am currently on holiday in WA. Unfortunately I snapped my SDM North/Duotone platinum 100% mast. Oddly it was the top that broke. As it is usually the bottom that breaks I was wondering if anybody has a top half lying around that they would be willing to sell?

I think I have 400 SDM North/YES mast in my shed if you were interested. It's either 75% or 55% carbon, would be cheap. Have no use for it. Not sure if compatible (same diamater) with your platinum, it's ~ 2004 or so, from that Italian factory. Not at home atm, will dig it out if you were interested, please let me know.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm pretty sure the earlier masts are slightly wider than the later ones. I have sourced an alternative 400 mast for the rest of this trip.
