Gday mate,

i live in australind and sail at ridley place a fair bit.

the most common wind directions are SW , SSW and S

But it can be sailed from SSE to W to NNW.

Pm me if you wanna know more or your keen for a sail i can show u around there cos theres a few tricky bits to look out for.
