Sorry - old post i know but wondered if you managed to sort this out? If not, i might be able to help out depending on what it is you need to scan.

I recently used 2 different local 3D-Scanning services in Perth for large composite moulds 2 x 3 x 1 m, one being from "Hi-Tech Metrology" and the other from "Faro". Both were overall positive, although there was a bit of interpolation work at the end to match the cloud-points with the 3D-model (the so-called best-fit wasn't 100% reliable).

Hitech offers the "MetraScan" and the "C-Track", the latter being more suitable for large objects +10m long. Faro offers the 'Freestyle3D Scanner" and the "Focus Scanner", the latter for long range measurements (up to 350m). Probably they have more products and services available, but the above is what we've used or considered.

Let me know if you need more info.
