I think this is the North Shore of Fuerteventura, Canary Islands.

Off season in canaries. Pumping wind in euro summer . Pumping swell and strong wind in winter. Cheap everything too.

Looks like "La Caleta" on Fuerteventura. Entry and exit is about as gnarly as it gets ... think Taranaki in NZ.

In winter the Canaries get the full brunt of North Atlantic storm swells. Wind is a bit inconsistent though.

Fuerte is sick
spent a few week roaming the island sleeping in my car surfing and windsurfing
loads of sick spots, consistent summer wind - not pozo strength but enough for a 5.0 for me (90kg)
fun summer swell - massive winter swells
fun to sail sotovento in the south too. Mental thermal effect with 40knots screaming over the mountains
