You very rarely see this, for obvious reasons, but I find I can learn from watching movies and imitating.

I have seen one, super short clip of Palakow climbing about 20ft of whitewater like it was nothing. Has anybody got anything?

I'm right in thinking the technique is simply "get as much lift as possible", right?
A well-timed pop, lift the nose and all your weight under the rig. K.I.S.S.

Just to warn you all that Total vids is no longer a going concern - I just successfully undertook a transaction for the DVD and then received a email from the Adregate agencies customer care that the distributor no longer existed and they have refunded my money to the account.

I am reluctant to buy stuff over the net and the first time for ages and I nearly get burnt.

I'd say that proves you were dealing with a professional organisation? They contacted you AND refunded your money. can't be too upset about that.

Do any of the shops have this title available?

No very happy that they refunded - it was more a warning for others that may try to purchase of the same site - but this may be the fact that I contacted them personally to see what the postage time was after the transaction had gone through - it just shows you how easy a website can offer the goods, have everything looking sweet as and you have no real way of knowing how ligit they are when you see them recommended by others on a forum.

I've never bought any hard copies from that site, only done the rent thing (oh, and i subscribed for a few months). The digital versions are always available so I've never had a problem.

Sorry that you weren't able to get the hard copy DVD after my recommendation.

Give 2nd Wind a call, they'll be able to send you the DVD.
