Not sure what sail to put on to get through the gusts

Doesnt look very gusty to me hahaha. Do you have a 0.5m sail? Or maybe a sail in the negatives?

Regular size standard hankey will also do the trick. If it picks up a few knots then just standing on ya board will probably work.
