Good session at Sandy Point was had by all in the afternoon. Walk back over the dunes was hell. 30-40knots.

Nice Joel!

We sailed in front of the shop on Sat, was so windy all day, epic session

Going to have to motivate myself one day to do the long arms walk.

Yeah that was so fun on Sat!
I was having a hard time holding onto the 4.7 at the start!!!
great fun swell. Shame Sunday couldn't do the same

Windaddict how was it in front of the surf club? The walk over the dunes really is worth it, especially when there is a lot of East in it.. super clean wind and plenty on the inside - always gets more swell too.

Although the walk back when it's a howling dead Easterly really does suck - we should have just sailed back into town when we were finished...

So do you guys park in the inlet where you normally park for the speed course and just walk straight over, or do you sail down the inlet some?

Yeah it was gusty at the shops, sometimes a bit of work to get out if a big set was approaching, 4 other guys sailed there also. I was on my 4.5 and still was a bit too much at times.

Park in the normal inlet spot, sail down then walk over.
