No jetski to get out there that day so some of the guys launch off the rocks like Ricardo did and paddle out past the shore break and then rig up on the water and grovel out to the break. By memory I think JP or Robbie Swift had successfully launched this way minutes earlier but Ricardo was not so lucky.
