Looks like we wrap up tomorrow and more NE predicted. The plan is to hold an expression session from 2-3pm and award the crazeee sailor prize and perhaps best rider for the hour of power.

Presentation from 4pm and then on to the Fishos for afters.

Hopefully see you down there watching some of the best sailors in the country going off! I'm sure there will be plenty of pics so try to get in front of the lens!

Cheers on a great event

We had a great expression session on the last day. 15 knots and some 1/2 mast high sets here and there and there was an absolute feast of smackable lips early in the session although the waves fattened up a little for the second half hour. As expected Jaeger Stone put on an amazing aerial display landing several goiters on the face. Brett Goodwin (NSW) clocked up over a dozen wave rides, a forward, a goitre and a huge 11' aerial for second place. Barney Knight from Vic showed that he is not just a freestyler to pick up 3rd for the expression session, unfortunately the wind was not strong enough for his double fowards we had heard about.

Great preso at the Perfect Break Cafe- thanks to Kent and his family for staying open late. I highly recommend the vegetarian nachos.

Hoping to see everyone next year

Yupe he showed us how to do it! The guy rips. I hope he managed to drum up enough money to have a good crack at the PWA and show what he can do on behalf of Australia.
