For those concerned my knee suffered no major damage, have a strained MCL, and perhaps some minor tearing of the meniscus.

Went to hospital on Sunday and they gave me a free Zimmer splint and crutches, and then went back on Wednesday to a free 'soft tissue injury' workshop at Wollongong Hospital where a blond physiotherapist gave me the all clear to try start walking again, along with some exercises, but not her number..

Thanks again to everyone who carried my sorry corpse from the water..
