anyone else notice in the heats the other night Ezzy not wearing his stack hat? Didn't look like him without it on!

I don't think there is going to be a double elimination. So he should move up the standing

Was pretty good to watch. Jaeger sailed pretty smart, and did what he needed to do. Looked pretty obvious to me that he was in control of the whole heat, but always hard to tell how the judges are gonna score things.

Was a pretty big scalp though! Stoked for him.

Quote from PWA site

The final heat witnessed one of the shocks of the day as Jaeger Stone (SSD / Severne) took down the vice-world champion - Alex Mussolini (Tabou / GA Sails). Stone left things late as with five minutes to go he only had one jump on the scoreboard, however, things soon changed as the Australian landed a huge stalled forward to move into the lead. With only a couple of minutes remaining Mussolini tried to respond, but he couldn’t quite find the wave score to match Stone’s in the battle of the wave riders. In the end Mussolini’s tweaked pushloop and one-handed backloop wasn’t quite enough as Stone continues to progress through his first PWA competition in three years.
