Never a dull moment ay lads

1st sail this summer... sconed a whale out the back busten up all me gear

Set off on the search n burst the fuel tank on the ute blocking up the fuel system.... 200ks took 7hrs

Scored the best waves ever

On the way home I stopped for a fellow broken down brutha, 100ks down the road the favour was returned as the radiator hose shat itself in me ute.. no spare.

Got home at 2am with no house keys and no way of getting in..... (actually a brick through the window did the trick!)

Cheers to everyone for the help and huey for comming to the party!
Best trip yet!
Bronson says G'day!

edit: payed 96 bux for a block of export! I was thirsty

Mmm ripped my shoulder apart 4 weeks before the annual trip north......watched the crew score some sick waves, while I sat around drinking my way through carton after carton of the frothy stuff..

But I still had a awesome time and saw a different side of the magic land that didn't revolve around the weather....something I hope not to experience again.

5 weeks to go and I hope I can start hitting a few lips again, if I get the all clear from my surgeon.

3 months off work feels like the biggest holiday ever so all smiles

Had a fun trip, got some good waves,
Broke a mast lost 3 fins,
Run over an ezzy
Lots of burbon,
Lots of laughs,
Lots of driving,
Had a good swim from toombies to kite beach.
Seen a **** load of whales, one less than spock.
Torched about 5 grand worth of jarra at the old man's 40th [}:)] but i had some help from a certain blonde pom.
Lost half my mast on the track, but found it at the shop.
Lost a board off the roof rack, but found it sittin sweet in a paddock no damage.
Had a heap of fun, now have to wait another year to do it all again..

Hey king of the point!

Thank huey you posted. Hadn't sailed for 7 months post busted finger. Couldn't be arsed.

Read this thread, started frothing
Went sailing.
Zips hadn't stuck on bags
Wind was iffy.
Was the only one out.
In between the rain spells, the sun came out & the water was turquoise.
Didn't see any creature bigger than me.
Stoked

Thanks, mate!

got saturated sleeping by the side of the road in the lowlands by shark bay
skimmed the turquoise where the tortoises are
ran over a kangaroos tail while dodging the goats in the midnight dash south - phew that was close
got delivered at corros, then had a larf trying to get the tent up in 30 knots
slayed a 3m dragon in an iffy offshore at the lighthouse, monstrous for a kook, only to have it drop out and then had a 500m swim all the while trying to avoid getting sucked into hell
drove 3500kms
epic
