You can't tell from outward appearances cos they all claim same materials. How the materials are used, different story.

I reckon best ever was Starboard about 2004 - 06 ish, the double sandwich , use of dyneema and wood was brilliant. Equal best RRD 2006-10 for same reason.

Recently repaired a Goya Quad (2014 model) and the construction in back half of the deck was superb. Solid hit there was still watertight. Took 3x as long to grind out. Plus their warranty is brilliant.

Of course there are others, the above is only based on my experience of what I have cut open.

My 2012 RRD 100L quad seems tops, but others broke the 92L quad twice. That can't be just bad luck, you wonder if there is one bloke at Cobra who doesn't give a sh!t and he did the 92's.
Or maybe it is the process where they give them exactly 946.7ml of resin for wet out to minimise waste/cost, and squeegeeing that evenly into all areas gets a bit hard at the end of the day so they miss bits.
Given so many buggered boards have had breaks just happen to coincide with dry glass areas, I strongly suspect the latter.

I snapped a mast extension on the rail of my 2015 JP. Given the pressure on the rail there was only a small crack - unbelievable that it was not worse

Thanks Mark ,i think we do miss personalized perfection from mass produced pop outs sadly ,i miss attention to detail that i use to get watching all the processes of a custom being built Precision Equip in margs did my strongest build and it was a really nice wave slalom

Come on, any board can snap, I don't care what the brand is, if you are looking for an unbreakable board, good luck. Inflatables are getting big in the SUP realm, but not in windsurfing for obvious reasons (no flex allowed in windsurfing).
Going over different brands is a waste of time.
If an unbreakable brand was out there, don't you think that everybody would be using that building technique?

careful of the term 'popouts'
it refers to crap surfboards - windsurf construction may be in mega factories but they are not popouts.
