Being a teacher, I am hours away from beginning a well deserved 3 weeks off. PLan to spend every windy day out on the bay. Are there any other hard working teachers around planning to sail week days between StKilda and Rye during the school hols?

Could be 65k entry last time I checked. Much depends on different subject shortages etc.

The pay goes up in grades from what my cousin tells me.

Men are sort after for Primary Education since there is a male shortage.

Haha, I realised it sounded like that after I read it.

Yeah everyone tells me I will have it good being a male teacher in Primary education and yes the pay is slowly getting better and goes up for each year you teach. Ton of work though. It doesn't stop just because you go home.
