I am pretty sure that SHQ and RPS both give lessons. Give them a call cos if they dont they will probably know someone who does.

Hey

I can't give you official lessons, but I can give you a hand setting up your gear and can help get you on your board free of charge !!!

I unfortunately don't have a car, but could join you somewhere on bike or catch a lift with you.

I'm from Canada and have been windsurfing a few year

SHQ dont go to them they are mongrils they are a kitesurf company not windsurf anymore. last time i will shop there hate there service. they dont care

As with any business, you stock more of what is popular at the time. At the moment kitesurfing is more popular so I would say thats what they are catering for. Doesnt mean that they dont want windsurf business though

I have been dealing with them for a bit and have had no trouble. Been to RPS less but never seemed to have connected with the guys there but always found both places good on advice and helpful.
Based on your experience at SHQ it will be interesting to see if SHQ push Kites more on there Cup weekend at Sandy Point.

Yep, never had a problem at either store....a bit of patience doesn't go astray. True, sometimes it's quite busy and hard to find a free "windsurfing person" but everyone seems happy to help as best they can. Plenty of windsurfing gear at both shops to look at in the meantime.... especially at this time of year!

Back on topic - Pretty sure both shops give windsurfing lessons. Another place you could try is;

down at Inverloch.
