Absolutely fan f'n tastic. !!
Had a great blast at Dt Danger with me bro jumping waves on mini tubes.
Then a high speed blast back in on the flat water...

Bit over powered on a 5.3 and carve 99.

Bliss....... but maybe not tomorrow with the sore arms and legs..

YES! You wont be able to wipe the smile from my face today!
Carrum had some pretty decent bay rollers coming in.

I'll have at least 3 of those per week thanks wind gods! [}:)]

Too funny! Was on that exact same combo of 99 carve and 5.3. It was a really sweet afternoon. I have that great all over soreness.

Windaddict: what's Carrum like in that wind direction? It's not too far a trip from Mornington, may come check it out sometime.

Its cross on, you get some big bay swell happnening. Good for jumping and a backside turn or two on the way in. Good grassy rigging area and decent car park at Keast park. Pop down one time mate. You can use the Patterson River web cam to get an accurate wind reading / live pic of what it looks like: http://www.prmbclub.com.au/WEBCAM.html
Although it appears to be broken at the moment (still showing Friday arvo).

Great on a SW down here, but if there is lightly more south in the wind, Carrum might be a good alternative without travelling too far. Down here I sail about 400metres through a big wind shadow to get past the Mornington pier. Yesterday I ended up pulling a fishermans line along with me, bet he thought he had a big one. Hehe.
