St Kilda reported gusts at 66 knots am. Had to check myself, seemed to blow at 50+ around midday. Too much for my small kite. Would have loved to windsurf but didnt buy gear yet. Watched you guys at Brighton beach for a while, took pics from several locations. Not HD quality as it is not a SLR cam. Nice action to watch, showing back and forwards, cheese-rolls. Eventually had a few great hours kiting after the wind eased to kitable range later in the arvo. Conclusion: got to get me wave gear for those 40+ knots days... Cheers Tom
Yeah pics were taken with my 4 t old FUJI Finepix S580, simple cam but good lense. Would love to try a SLR but windsurf gear is far higher on the wishlist,hehe.
