Why would you steal a 1984 highfly 500cs.
The board has no monetary value and was obviously well used ( by me as a sup and light wind windsurfer) . It was stored under my Hobiecat and would have been obvious to you that someone owned it. Unfortunately for you the person who got the most joy from it was my autistic 7 year old nephew who every year since he was 2 would float around in between the shallow sandbanks for hours . I used to love the smile it bought to his face and laugh when he would crack it if anyone else tried to use it.
Well my friend you have just bought yourself a free ride on the karma bus you may have even scored yourself a yearly pass.

Board was replaced yesterday by a new BIC Windsup . If anyone needs a centreboard for a hifly or an adaptor to suit a modern mast base DM me.

Thanks Sputnik , I couldn't believe someone would actually steal it. The nephew I was talking about had snapped of the fin the day before,, so I'm standing on the beach at 6 am with a screwdriver , fin and a sup paddle swearing my head off. Getting some pretty strange looks from the joggers .
I found the centreboard in the nearest car park so pretty sure it ended up on someone's roof rack.
