), but you mentioned you're a beginner so maybe don't sail here. The tide runs really quick past pensioners point so you need to know what you're doing. Still come down on an E-SE, but sail from the angling club or rotunda for some safe practice on the inlet.
Also, get down here on a S-SW. Some great longer runs on the inlet in flat water at low tide. Loads of sandbars for a rest and perfect for starting to learn your carve gybes whilst nailing water starts.
