Where is every one windsurfing this weekend?

Myself:
Friday Night – Help host the Melbourne movie premiere - Walls of Perception at the Classic Cinema, Elsternwick.
Saturday – I'll try to get a local sail in amongst family duties.
Sunday – I'll try to get a local sail in and start working on re-modelling my van gear racks etc.

Winds Westerly 15 to 25 knots, reaching 30 knots at times, decreasing to 20 to 25 knots by early evening. Seas 1 to 1.5 metres.

Sunday 10 July
Winds West to northwesterly 20 to 30 knots. Seas 1 to 2 metres.

Would Mt Martha or Safety Beach be a reasonable safe bet this weekend? I always find it hard to decide on a westerly forecast.
