As the Sun starts to go down, does the East typically swing to a Southerly as the top of the city sucks in the cooler air?

I think it would swing a little due to some kind of seabreeze effect. Maybe SE? In which case mentone, Ricketts might be ok.

South East to Easterly....for the bay, Parkdale, Mentone or Ricketts are good.
