Nice work Yuppy, it was great to see you operate the drone. Impressive ! Let's make sure we get you out of the water and filming a bit earlier next time
Sorry someone else was still logged in on the shop computer

Good test of the Phantom. I agree with Relapse regarding flying over people! The fines from CASA are fairly steep and quads do go wrong especially if you are flying in GPS mode. If you want to know what you can and can't do check out CASA 101. Keep them coming.
Im guessing it was about 22knots when i took the footage.
Earlier, when all twenty of us were out, i think it was about 30 knots. most guys were on 4.2s. those on 4.7s were saying they were over powered. i certainly wasn't game to test the drone on its first windsurfing session in that wind.
I know of 4 quads that have scummed to sirens in the last 2 years, personally helped fish 2 of them of a lake. Recent horror story was some one I know loosing his Inspire up a 30m tree, still there from all accounts. Its was hanging over the Murray river but after today's blow it could make 5 in the drink LOL.
Nice work. I just bought a Fly360 camera. Going to film some footage which can be viewed in 360 degree virtual reality with a mobile phone and a cheap headset. Bacially, the viewer will be able get the sense of standing on the board and will be able to look around and see 360 degrees.
