I'm planning a trip to Sandy Point for a couple of weeks but definetly at a minimum from January 15th to the 22nd.

I would like to find somewhere a bit more quiet and relaxed to base myself at rather than the local camping ground. I'm open to the idea of sharing a house with other windsurfers or renting some backyard space to camp in with access to a house for shower and toilet (possibly kitchen). I just want to kick back in the evenings and work on music, cook some good meals, and do some reading.

Is anyone interested in sharing accommodation, or know of somewhere I could pitch up a tent in the backyard?

I used to have a locker at Elwood sailing club many years back and work at the 'Sails' restaurant there. First sailed Sandy point in 1989....currently run community radio station 2XX in Canberra, full name is 'Mark Alwast'...can provide references if someone has a property or backyard to hire.
