Rye area on wnw

Heading down to Rye on Monday for a few days. Sailed there on northerlies before but where is the best places to head to in that area on a nw and wnw?

This is the general spot where people launch (opposite Daly ave)

Rye is the best spot in that region on all those directions then?

28 knots, northerley and I think I can see him on the 2 x beach cams. (10.08 am)

And yes, Bill, Rye will work on a NW (sail toward the yellow poles) and if it's too far west, start heading toward Safety Beach, checking the baeches as you go, until you find one that's suitable.

Sorry. Wasn't me. I was at GP today. Awesome week ahead though. Winter northerlies have arrived. I might even save some for Saturday for the working population. Now heading down to Rye tomorrow due to house being pumped with evil termite poison today. Happy days!!!! (For me, not the termites)

44knts, 10.7 deg C air temp. and I can't see him (11.10am).

Should we begin a search?

Went in at Rye but went downwind somewhat and came ashore at Hampton 30 minutes later .

Ah, Bill,

You need to learn the difference between a Northerly and a South Westerly
