Ray passed away on 24 November 2019 at the age of 70 years, was a passionate windsurfer, regularly sailing from Middle Park, Pt.Ormond and Rye when the wind blew.

Ray was the fast on the water and new how to get the most speed in all conditions, he always enjoyed a good chase and we quickly learned there was no prize for second place. On the beach he'd share his ideas on speed, wind direction and tactics.

Ray was a real gentleman of windsurfing and will be sorely missed.
