Totally agree with mikey. Even surfing the place it can get pretty hectihc (and crowded). One time some mates and I were surfing there, the tinny beside us got swamped - we also had to rescue one guy that was getting sucked out towards tassie!
Even with no wind it can be pretty full on. Hell currents, whirlpools, weeds, unexploded ordinance on the land...
At 20 kts multiply all that by 10. Not the best place to break gear
