25 kt Northerlies today.

Where is the best place around Melbourne where you can sail a Northerly?

Green Point? Dendy?

The one's I know of are;

Point Ormond/Elwood, Green Point, I think Hampton is ok (sailed it once before on a northerly) and Bonbeach. I'm sure there's a heap more. Those are the one's I tend to stick too.

On a straight Northerly, and for something different, Lysterfield Lake might be an option.

If it stays on after work I will be at Bonbeach. There would be some at Keast Park Seaford too. Two great locations for Northerlies.

Might be an option if I can get out of work early enough...

Looks like its holding for the time being...

Lots of wind at green point at the moment, looks quite gusty though. Anyone sailing this morning?

Sailed Bono last night. Wind died as soon as I got there.

Got planning perhaps 3 times with a 7.5 and 135l.

Really dissapointing:(

An 8 or 8.5m sail and formula board or JP Superlight would have been nice.
