Has anyone found a Gath Helmet lying around. Was checking my gear and it was not there. Worst part is that I am not sure of when and where I lost it...:(

Yep sure am. Only noticed it was missing a couple of weeks ago when I wanted to go out on that nuclear sunday where it was 35 knots.

Then the mast got stuck...

In addition to that, a had dammaged some ligaments on the elbow that I had broken earlier and the doctors in hospital told me to take a break windsurfing untill they get a chance to remove the titanium plate from my elbow. They say that the tendons are catching on the metalwork and the friction could be causing more dammage.

Bad start to the year...

Yeah.

I guess it was my own fault trying to get out in 35kts with a 5.3. Got thrown around something shocking!

The 112l board didnt help either.
