I passed by this lake last week, and wondered whether it had ever been sailboarded on. The day I was there, the conditions looked so sweet - wide open runs, plenty of grass on which to park and rig, steady ~15-20 knot breeze from NW, no obvious shallow parts or drowned trees, no buildings or hills around the perimeter to disturb the air flow.
Sod's law meant that I had no sailing gear with me at the time.

Other lakes I saw in that area didn't seem to have the same potential for sailing. So, is Boga a "hot spot" in northern Victoria?
(As an aside, called in to the Catalina flying boat museum on the lake edge - well worth a visit)
