I have a spare Bayside parking permit expires October 2014

Does anyone have a spare city of Kingston permit to swap?

havent got a permit for kingston, btu has anyone got a permit (bayside) I could buy?
Or are they available to purchase from anywhere?

You used to be able to buy them from the bayside council - search on their website.
