Well seeing everyone is too stuffed its up to me to write the report.
Saturday we had a good number of mainly beginners and females with a couple of intermediates chucked in. Winds where under 10 kts and late in the afternoon a storm front came through and brought winds of around 15kts. Two very experienced sailors not to be named(Mat Robertson and Allison Shreeve shhhh!) found out what the walk of shame was like for the first time in a long time

Ahh the ribbing they got was just deelishshshshous.
A few of the beginners discovered the joys of sailing backwards as the tide was running 7 kts and the wind was blowing 5kts! With all the helpers and other club members I think we had 25 windsurfers knocking around. Ben Hosie was fastest on the water with his big raceboard and 9mtr sail.
Sunday, as Drift put it, Huey made up for Saturday and blew from 8 am in the morning to late in the afternoon around 20 kts gusting to 25 kts. The rain cleared and the sun shone and people just kept coming and coming. The carpark was jammed full and overflowing down the road. As Flipper would say it was a Windsurfing jam. Sorry Flip no Red Bull but plenty of sausages and drink supplied to us by the local businesses. Inverloch butcher, Paul the Pie man Bakery , Elgas and Foodworks. Big thanks guys. My guess was around 50 people attended with around 30 sailors on the water. One word AWESOME

We had beginners, intermediates, wave sailors, one designers, raceboards and speedies all doing their stuff and Allison, her hairy elves and the even hairier Kato

running between the lot of them shouting words of encouragement and advice.
Big thanks to Allison(for taking all the ribbing and putting up with us), her elves and Kato for the effort they put into coaching us all.
Big thanks goes to the IWC committee for their tireless efforts in putting this together
Big thanks to SHQ for supplying a van stacked to the gunnels with gear as well as some prizes for the most improved sailor. Wanda and Kate on Saturday and Rob on Sunday followed closely by Marcus and Bryan. Well done people!
