Why do you android guys always feel the need to up-sell your inferior devices to people. I am quite happy with my iPhone and it does a great job and is easy to use. Is this some sort of Android inferiority complex? I have at least a dozen awesome apps for windsurfing in the iPhone, but I don't feel compelled to sell these to everyone with an iPhone, because unlike Android users we are confident and happy with the kit we have, and have no interest in spending more time than we absolutely need to hacking and tuning our gadgets.

Android is to geek, as iPhone is to the rest of us.:P

iPhone users statistically get more sex than android users. We are also more attractive and have better muscle tone (which is probably why we get more sex in the first place).

Android users are more likely to use a red thumb on a post to protest. This is all because the android users wife is having sex with an iPhone user behind his back.

So instead of trying to get .2ghz more out of your clock speed, you should be wondering who that guy is with the iPhone banging your missus.

iPhone users having sex? They don't look up from the phone while they are walking, and if anything are statistically likely to walk under a bus while wearing headphones.

iPhone users are more attractive? Well only because they are probably girls. Even then, if you saw the iPhone users on my train, you would retract your statement.

A guy with an iPhone banging your missus? They would have to buy an app for that first and would get stuck the minute iTunes locked up.

I don't know why the red thumbs, but I agree 100%. I hate it when people look at these things all the time and walk along without looking where they are going.

Oh well, I guess it at least lets the rest of us know from a distance who is paying attention.

Some people just like convenience..... I used to read the paper on the train... but very frustrating flicking through pages when its crammed and you have no seat.... so reading the news on my phone makes it so much easier and less hassle....

Or your bored on your way home stuck on a tram and you want to know what everyone is up to.... so you jump on facebook... see what your mates are up to....

I don't walk and text, or surf the net walking or whatever.... personally it annoys me as well.... but 99.99% people just walking in the city don't see what's in front of them, texting people just making a little more obvious they don't know where they are going....

The wind appz are pretty handy, as are tram trackers and train trackers when you catch pub transport everyday.... the convenience is great.....

And cost... my Android Samsung cost me $120 outright, no plan... and I pay the same with 1gig data as I did before going smart phone.... so cheap as...

I got a smartphone and from the start it made me feel stupid! I've got 4 apps, 2 of which are weather related and I've bought 1 app in 6 months of having it - for work.

As for iPhone vs android - I don't know, I walked into a shop & asked the 'kid' "what have you got?" He had a Motorola Defy, so that's what I got too! I'm not the best shopper as you can tell...

1st PC...same.

1st windsurfer - walked into a shop - "what do you reckon I should buy"...and bought what the guy said
Sup...same.
Mtb...same.
