Ginger Pom does that also come with the heart transplant that you need to toughen up... little boxing/glove work or removal of some english ashes.
Best thing is to:-
1. run 3-5 kms 2-3 times a week
2. do some stretches and flexibility work (if have iphone download a yoga regime)
3. swim twice a week 1500m-2kms (mix up with speed work, pool buoy, sprints, long slow swims)
4. get yourself some redcords look at our clinic (best thing to ever resemble sailing) www.physica.com.au/redcord.html do push ups, chin ups, inversion work, great for practising inverted loop positions for psychology... if don't have do to local playground and use monkey bars (but these are fixed and the redocord rely on an unstable base). Very easy to install. People who can do 100 pushups would be lucky to do 10 on redcord, same with chin ups. It is insane!!! Great upper body workout
5. cycling (get out and do some late beach rd rides)
6. if you need someone to yell at you and tell you to toughem up download http://www.coruscant.co.uk/Products/AutoInsult/ (after all it is a UK website)
Hope to see you on water sat mate.... prey for wind :)
yeah yeah
going for a row, some core strength things on the cable thing, followed by lunges and swiss ball
and you're right about the Ashes.. they are in England
