I know the southern kitesurfers have 18 guys on their list.
Instant bulk message to anyone on your list for no cost ( message sent on your smartphones phones internet).

Saves time on bulk sms lists or missing messages posted on forums as to where the action is.!!

just sent first group message to Easty, Tobi, Kazz, Rob Ford, two dads and Paul. Message group called "Windsurfing"

Apparently the one who makes the group is the administrator,( thats me). Admin lets people into the group. Once you are in anyone can then send /receive updates on the wind!!!!- send pictures etc

SO once you have the app contact me if you want to be added to the group.. Does not matter if you sail dorans, waves, speed or whatever, it just lets everyone know what going on at certain spots,, as long as one person sends off a message to the group.

you can easily opt out of the group anytime..

so download the app guys.

After a large mass debate on Friday night, we decide we are not doing a Southern SUP WHAT APP as it might annoy each other, and surfers off when we all turn up. Especially if we get everyone who has a sup in southern TASSIE joining UP!!

I am happy to use our existing smaller what app windsurf contacts or group conversation for that anyway

The following is intended as constructive comment to get the best from the Watsap Group Damien established. I believe his intention was to provide an immediate and direct means of informing windsurfers where and when we intend to sail etc.
There have been some messages sent that are not on topic and late at night..be aware the messages go to a group. Questions regarding specific detail may be best directed by personal SMS. Or by logging into the BOM weather and tide info. Thanks your understanding.
