The new calendar should be out soon and the first scheduled event is a northern wave contest. At this stage the 21 and 22 of September have good tides but if one of the other weekends looks like it might provide the conditions I will call it for then as we can always work around the tide.

Thanks Al, the WT calendar is being finalised to take into account the sailing club organised One Design events and WCAA state championships to avoid clashes where possible.

I'll also create an event and post the link here for this event on TidyHq. This will allow a registration of interest via a free ticket and will help organisers with communication.

Cheers, Mort

Great job on the TidyHQ platform Mort. Better on so many fronts.

Alan, any thoughts on this Saturday. Could be an option.

I would need to see the forecast improve to call Saturday.

This weekend highlighted the problems with organising events ( and G4K's fuzzy confusion)....
Forecast for Sunday was very ordinary on Friday morning, but by Friday afternoon the Sunday forecast looked solid (and turned out to be reasonably solid too, with 20+ knots all day).
Fingers crossed for next weekend, I'd be happy to ditch an AFL Grand Final day for a decent sail. (Go Tiges! Btw)
