Yee haa. Spring has sprung. Dave, Ferg and I heading to Marion. Buzzy the time has come to dust off the slalom board Good luck to everyone who can sail Thursday. Forecast is very good atm.

Easy folks easy - don't mention the wind. But is ENE trending too onshore for the Goat or is it ok. ABC just forecast piddling with rain on Thursday - need to get the lawns done tomorrow then.

ENE is spot on for Goats.
Applerocketair forgot to mention that he will be sailing at Cremorne front beach. No swell at Goats.
I'll see you at Marion, Steve, Dave and Ferg.

1. Thursday is my usual day off.....but not this week
2. top half of my ezzy 400 mast arrived today!

Yep, wind will be fantastic, waves will be classic and I won't be there.....again!

Strongest low to hit Adelaide for 50 years this could be interesting

not typical spring winds, meant to be 90 degrees different at west.
oh well it will do.
there will be some good bump jump somewhere, front marion, cremorne, Lauderdale.

Marion front beach for me looks windy heaps of swell though the period is short so could be interesting

Cremorne front beach for me Two days in a row

cremorne could be good if forecast is true, 4 foot lumps will be enough,

marion will be good as well , but wetter

Lauderdale and Marion same 95% chance of 25-50mm both Thurs and Friday......... yuk

Probably a very late afternoon sail in the rain at Dorans for me.

Cremorne was probably as good as it gets but little bleak...rocket of the day goes to Appleman!

Got smoother and a lot windier( 35 knots) as the tide filled in around 3,30pm hitting 40 knots NE at Marion

I think the rocket of the day was probably whipped as wind cranked in at 35knots at 3-4pm, Ballistic and fun

Wow Paul - those shots of Appleman are awesome - great jumping rocket man. What a blast today was.

Jordon bradford's Forward loops today looked like a pro. one off them ,stalled at great height, and sweet landings .
Kerbox was seen briefly, (speeding at a great rate of knots,) and then seen flying high at a great distance of metres, with many kilometres traveled ( nice)
Baz was on, a high ,and loopy as.
Fluro was like a nerd, at a Star Trek convention.
Cracker had many rad hits with a bit of white water incarnation's
Mr rob sailed for ages and took out big air stack of the day
Azza was sailing out in the second sand bar going hard.
Marty j was sipping cappacinos at 8.00 am ready for the 8.30 start.
Pete the latte sipper ,the younger statesman of the posse got the pump out and sailed hard.
Jez looked like a bloke out of Top gun soaring like an eagle
Relic popping the screws out of his knee brace .
Toby sailing like a sound recordess on steroids.
Bretto ridding the bar ,drinking Bundy and getting serious air time .
Jordon has nice photos from the yahn photo man ,whack em up
The proffesor was seen on dark enjoying 25, knots going mental on math.

Waves were pretty clean as you can see, that wave out the back doesn't look much in the pic but it's well over mast high as for my modest little pop it's nothing compared to the jumps Windcraket pulled off.
So happy for you guys that stayed in the kiddies play pen at the morne.
Dave Steve Buzzy kicked over 40kts in the bay and Fergs I think hit 38 not bad for a 16year old lightweight

Great shots paul. All up a good fun sail in some at times tricky conditions.

Kiddies corner not! You could have run a PWA wave event there yesterday .I weigh 90kgs and could have used a 4,2 on the 76l wave board for 2 hours .I think I saw 'Parma ' jump from the bay over the houses into the lagoon at one stage

Ps like relics 4th photo post of the two passing windsurfers doing the butter fly wind thing like pycodelic eyes starring out of gray sky
